August 2020

Very exciting month! We are currently adding services to CoverBandTV. We now offer PA systems with operators and a complete light show.

We are now able to offer complete services for any live show. CoverBandTV covers your band with PA, lighting, and cameras for every angle to capture your performance!

July 2020

We are furthering our scope this month by starting an ongoing advertising campaign to raise money for live musicians and restaurant (venues). We do not believe that venues will be opening for another year (this is my own personal opinion). We’re asking local advertisers to sponsor streams. Our goal is to be able to pay bands to stream.

June 2020

We have streamed some of the areas biggest bands this month! It was very exciting. We have designed some merchandise, build our website, bought more gear, and have been planning a way to stream bands for free in the coming months.

May 2020

We have streamed over 40 bands since we started. We are having fun and keeping busy buying more equipment and building up our presence. We successfully ran PA and live streamed a band on-location at a private gathering. In other words, all our gear works! :o)

April 2020

CoverBandTV streamed 10 times in April. The most notable one was the benefit for the local food band and restaurant fund where the Capital District was very generous and donated $8500! We also had many test streams including karaoke night with Kevin haha. We had test streams and learned the technology. One thing that went well was we had over 60k views on a parody of a song/video called My Corona, by Kevin Brandow.

March 2020

CoverBandTV was "unknowingly" born when Kevin Brandow asked Peter Jones to play guitar for his Falling Upward band gig on St. Patty’s Day. The slot was between local bands Skeeter Creek and The Refrigerators. Practice was held and Peter noticed many goPro cameras in Kevins studio. Peter also noticed that Kevin had NO IDEA what he was doing with his streaming setup lol. The gig was cancelled, actually every gig in the world was cancelled, and they began their venture. Peter took on the task of the technology, while Kevin developed the vision.
